Rental Matchmaker does not own, manage, lease or allocate residential properties and does not make tenancy approval decisions.

Prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Unless otherwise stated, all advertised prices are the final price payable and include GST where applicable. If a service is GST-free or GST-exempt under Australian taxation law, the advertised price remains the total amount payable.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe or other approved payment providers.

5. Refunds

Refunds, cancellations and consumer guarantees are governed by the Australian Consumer Law together with any terms contained in your Engagement Letter.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
